Purpose: The descriptive retrospective cross-sectional study was undertaken to determine the pattern of maxillofacial fractures. Materials and Methods: Three hundred and twenty-nine patients with maxillofacial trauma were treated at the inpatient department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Dhaka Dental College hospital from January 2016 to December 2018. A review of patients’ records was conducted. Data regarding age, gender, etiology of fracture, anatomic site of fractures were reviewed.
