A Study on General Infection Control Compliance at Dhaka Dental College & Hospital, Bangladesh

Background: Patient and dentist both, especially the patients are always at a risk of cross-infection in dental treatment. Infection control procedures such as wearing gloves, surgical masks, washing hands before and after treatment, using sterilize and disposable instruments, and cleaning operatory surfaces are important to prevent or minimize this sort of risk. Both the dentists and the health care providers are highly expected to strictly follow such safety procedures. This study reflects the infection control compliance at a government hospital
